What we collect
When you use this site or plan a wedding with us we may collect:
Tour requests: name, email, phone, wedding date, guest count, package and any notes
Contract details: billing address, payments through our payment processor, and dietary notes for your menu
Planning notes, so your coordinator remembers your timeline and vendors
Basic site analytics such as pages viewed and the type of device used
How we use it
We use your information to answer requests, run tours, plan your wedding, cook around allergies, send the updates you asked for and improve the site. We do not sell or rent personal information.
Payments
Deposits and payments are handled by our payment processor. We never store full card or bank numbers on our own systems.
Children
Contracts are signed by adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children through this site.
Sharing
We share only what is needed with payment processors, the software we use for contracts and email, and vendors you ask us to coordinate with. Each may use it only to provide that service.
Cookies
This site uses a small number of cookies for basic analytics and to remember preferences. You can block cookies in your browser and the site will still work.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time, and we honor these requests for every couple and guest.
